9 In A Row For Dak & The ‘Boys

Dak Prescott with yesterday’s victory over the Baltimore Ravens has done what no other Cowboys QB has ever done, won 9 straight, not Staubach, not Aikman, not Romo, none of the have won 9 straight.

Now on Thursday they have a tough  one, as they welcome Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins into town. ANd then next Thursday they travel to Sam Bradford and the Minnesota Vikings, which will be on NBC/NFL Network.

When Romo went down in the preseason, I thought, the Cowboys season was lost, considering Kellen Moore went down earlier in training camp, but Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot, paired with Dez Bryant & Jason Witten, and this offense is a thing of beauty.

Anyhow, we have a full bounty of games both college and pros to look forward over Thanksgiving weekend, Lions/Vikings 12:30 eastern on CBS, Cowboys/Redskins 4:30 eastern on Fox, Steelers/Colts 8:30 eastern NBC, and LSU/Texas A&M on Thanksgiving night as well. On Friday, you have games like the Iron Bowl, the Egg Bowl, and a whole bunch of heated rivsalries over Friday & Saturday, no two bigger games than Alabama/Auburn, and Ohio State/Michigan, major playoff implications involved in those two games.

It should be a great weekend.
