My Thoughts On WWE Monday Night Raw

Last night was a rare occasion for me to watch WWE Monday Night Raw, and I have to say, the 3 men they’re building the Raw brand around, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, & Kevin Owens.

Seth Rollins, I have a feeling, will get his hands on Triple H, more than likely in February, especially after Stephanie set Rollins up to lose his spot in The Rumble match when just when Rollins had Sami Zayn defeated, out of no where, Triple H’s music began, which provided just enough of a distraction for Zayn to roll Rollins up for the victory.

And Roman Reigns, should have regained the United States Championship last, but, as always, after painting Chris Jericho in a corner, saved the United States Championship for his best friend. But, nothing can save Kevin Owens this Sunday at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas live on the WWE Network, a special start time of 5pm eastern time (Kickoff show at 5pm, PPV starts at 7pm), when he is one on one with Roman Reigns, with Chris Jericho suspended above the ring, and now, it’s a no DQ match, it sure sounds like Kevin Owens days as the WWE Universal Champion are numbered.

Speaking of numbered days, could Rich Swann’s days as WWE Cruiserweight Champion be numbered, as he is scheduled to face the self professed “King Of The Cruiserweights” Neville. And Shameus & Cesaro, could their days as Raw Tag team Champions be coming to an end as they have to face Gallows and Anderson in the 2-hour Royal Rumble Kickoff Show starting at 5pm eastern on WWE Network. And Charlotte Flair, could she be in over her head as she puts The Raw Women’s Championship on the line against life long fan, Bayley, who idolizes Charlotte.

On the Smackdown Live! side, AJ Styles puts the newly renamed WWE Championship against the legend, John Cena.

And ‘The Legit Boss’ Sasha Banks has her work cut out for her as she takes on a very pissed off Nia Jax, Jax has had Banks in her sights after Banks cost her her #1 contender’s match against Bayley a few weeks ago.

And as Raw went off the air last night, Goldberg & Brock Lesnar faced off, and then, the lights went out, and The Undertaker’s music began, and when the lights came back on, The Phenom was in between Lesnar & Goldberg.

And on Saturday night, NXT Takeover: San Antonio will be live on the WWE Network as Shinsuke Nakamura defends the NXT Championshjip against Bobby Roode, it’ll be quite the interesting weekend in the WWE, UFC and NFL.
