The Week In WWE.

Now, I realize I’ve yet to see NXT, but, I’ll do a report on NXT tomorrow.

WWE is finally on the road to WrestleMania, and what a way to lead us down the road than what we were treated to on Monday Night.

The epic in ring encounter between Crusierweight Champpppion Neville and “A Double” Austin Aries, who, let’s just face facts, Neville is a terrific in-ring competitor, but, Aries has way better mic skills, and I think would make a better standard barer for 205 Live than Neville.

Now, Charlotte, does have a legitimate gripe with current Raw Women’s Champion Bayley over what happened at Fastlane, it took Sasha interferring for Bayley to become champion, and it took Sasha for Bayley to retain, now, Charlotte did have Dana Brooke interfere to try to save her title, thus Sasha interfered to cost her the title a couple weeks ago, but, Dana Brooke wasn’t even at ringside at Fastlane, and Sasha had no business interferring. Now, it’ll be a triple-threat match at WrestleMania as Bayley will defend against Charlotte Flair & Sasha Banks.

In a moment I could smell coming from a mile away, Goldberg destroyed Kevin Owens to become the Universal champion Sunday night, question, will all of Goldberg’s matches be that quick? And that F-5 Lesnar delivered to Goldberg was vicious. I’m hoping Lesnar\Goldberg 3 at WrestleMania will be at least 5 minutes.

What about the epic staredown between Big Evil, The Undertaker and Braun Strowman? Even Strowman backed down to The Undertaker, and then the chokeslam heard round the world, as ‘Taker made an emphatic statement to Roman Reigns: “This is still My yard!”

And then Smackdown Live! Alexa Bliss put her foot in her mouth big time, as she not only cost herself her friendship with Mickie James, but may have also cost herself her title, as she will now have to face the entire Smackdown Live! Women’s division at WrestleMania.

Are the rumors true? Will AJ Styles battle Shane o’Mac at Mania?

The Miz & Maryse laid waste to Cena & Nikki, really building heat for their mixed tag match up.

And finally, it’s official, Randy Orton will face Bray Wyatt for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania.

And also, I get my wish, Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens for the United States Championship at WrestleMania
