‘Taker To Enter The Royal Rumble & Chris Jericho Wins The United States Championship

Last night on Monday night Raw, GM Mick Foley kept promising The Undertaker would appear on Raw. As Commissioner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley was berating Foley in the ring, the lights went out, and you heard the all too familar bong of The Undertaker’s entrance music. And ‘Taker announced he was entering the Royal Rumble, joining the likes of “The Architect” Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar, Goldberg.

And also last night, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley painted “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns into a corner by booking him in a 2 on 1 handicap match for the United States Championship, defending against not only Chris Jericho, but also the WWE Universal Champion, Kevin Owens, and sadly, the numbers game got to Roman Reigns, as now Chris Jericho is the WWE United States Champion.

But, this is all leading up to the WWE Universal Championship match at The Royal Rumble as Kevin Owens will defend against Roman Reigns, with Chris Jericho suspended above the ring.

But also, AJ Styles will defend the WWE World Championship against John Cena.

The Royal Rumble is shaping up to be one hell of an event, and it’s coming on in 3 weeks from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, live, either on PPV or on the WWE Network.
